Lagoon 800 is a premium under sink reverse osmosis system designed for dependable everyday household use.


Combining refined design with practical performance, Lagoon 800 produces purified water directly when needed at up to approximately 2.1 litres per minute. It is well suited to daily drinking, cooking, tea, coffee, and other household uses where water quality matters.


Its dual outlet design can provide reverse osmosis purified water through a dedicated drinking water outlet while also supplying 1 micron PAC filtered water to the main kitchen tap, depending on the selected tap and installation configuration. The system can also be configured to supply compatible appliances such as refrigerators, ice makers, coffee machines, and steam ovens.


Designed to install neatly beneath the sink, Lagoon 800 keeps the benchtop clear while bringing cleaner, better tasting water into daily life with greater convenience, confidence, and ease.

  • Installation

    Lagoon 800 is designed for under sink installation and is best installed by a qualified plumber to ensure the system is set up correctly for your kitchen configuration.

  • Warranty

    The Kiyo® Lagoon 800 is covered by a 2 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.


    This warranty applies to the Lagoon 800 unit and the non-consumable components supplied with the system. PAC and reverse osmosis filters are replaceable consumable components and are not covered for normal wear, gradual reduction in performance, or service life.

    Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or faults caused by:


    • Incorrect installation or failure to follow the supplied instructions
    • Unsuitable source water or use outside the stated operating conditions
    • Excessive water pressure, freezing, flooding, or external water damage
    • Misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification
    • Failure to replace filters or maintain the system as recommended
    • Use of incompatible fittings, filters, components, or appliances
    • Normal wear or cosmetic deterioration


    Proof of purchase may be required for a warranty claim. Kiyo® may also request the product serial number, installation details, photographs, videos, or other information needed to assess the issue.

    Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Kiyo® may repair or replace the affected product or component, subject to the full warranty terms.


    This 2 year warranty is provided in addition to the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those statutory consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and may continue to apply after the stated warranty period has ended.
